Step-by-Step DIY Summary

Soak Threads: Spray penetrating lubricant on O2 sensor exhaust bung threads and let soak.
Disconnect Harness: Trace sensor pigtail to electrical harness connector and unclip safety locking tab.
Loosen Sensor: Fit 22mm slotted sensor socket over wiring and onto hex. Turn counter-clockwise to break free.
Install New Sensor: Apply high-temp anti-seize to threads (avoiding sensor tip). Hand-thread to prevent cross-threading, then torque to ~30-35 ft-lbs.
Connect & Secure: Plug electrical connector until audible click and secure wire away from direct exhaust heat.
